Safale T-58 Yeast

Top fermenting yeast for brewing continental beer styles. Develops an estery somewhat peppery and spicy flavour. The esters add complexity and fruitiness to the beer.

Can also be used for bottle conditioning: 2.5 to 5 g per 100l beer.
